In her 10 years’ experience in Human Resources including work in the (NGO, Local Gov. and Corporate sectors). Her previous positions include span generalist at management and strategic levels including roles as HR Manager. On her role as a HR Generalist she has developed Human Resources Policies and Procedures to guide the actions and govern the rights of employees. The policies and procedures contain policies approved by the organisation and are guided by South African legislations along with associated procedures which are amended from time to time. She worked as an HR Director at British Council, giving HR support structure that allows for the effective management and development of people together with maintaining training initiatives for the SUB-SAHARA region; EDCON manning the operation side HR for 4000 employees. She is holding an Honours degree in Educational Psychology.
