Open Society Initiative of Southern Africa (OSISA)

Skillshare International Lesotho is a legal, registered organisation in terms of the laws of Lesotho. Skillshare’s main vision is “of a World without poverty, injustice, and inequality where people, regardless of cultural, social and political divides, come together for mutual benefit, living in peaceful co-existence.” 

The organisation strives, as part of its mission, to “...reduce poverty, injustice and inequality, and to further economic and social development in partnership with the people and communities throughout the world.” The organisation achieves this by sharing and developing skills; facilitating organisational effectiveness; and supporting organisational growth. Skillshare also aims to affect social change and build awareness of development issues.
