The Law Programme at OSISA, in partnership with OSIEA and the Crime and Violence Prevention Initiative network programme will be hosting a training workshop in Windhoek from 12 -14 June 2012.
Partner organisations in each of our target countries (Kenya, Mozambique and Namibia) are either completing or have completed comprehensive safety audits in 10 local communities. The next phase of work is to begin, in consultation with the relevant government and civil society stakeholders, to start developing integrated safety plans for each community.
The purpose of this workshop is to provide our partners with theoretical and practical input on how best these plans can be developed, implemented, measured and sustained.
