Nicola van Turha
Nicola brings to the organization 22 years of experience in the area of Human Resource Administration and Management, Change Management (including employee engagement, reward and recognition schemes, new technology and organisational restructures), Organisational Development and Employee Life Cycle Management. She has managed large HR Departments as a People and Culture Director at World Vision; Regional Single Management Structure Manager and Regional HR Advisor at OXFAM; HR Manager, Acting Senior HR Manager (for 4000 employees) as well as a Director of her own consultancy. Nicola also has extensive continental and international experience having provided HR services across various countries in Southern Africa, the Horn of Africa and East Africa Region. She holds a Master of Business Leadership Degree (MBL) specializing in Corporate and Business Strategy; Business Research; Business Process Re-Engineering and Organisational Change.
